Here are some really cool kindness ideas, if you would like to add an idea to the kindness library, send us an email. Ohm would love to hear from you :) Tell somebody why you appreciate him or her. Take your water with you in a reusable bottle and ditch the plastic. Garden green - Grow your yard without pestsides or chemicals. Tell somebody that you care about how you feel about him or her and why. Give blood. Donate a gently used toy to a shelter. Share your smile :) Donate gently worn clothes. Bring your neighbors newspaper to their front door. Clean green and ditch the harmful chemicals. Send a happy note to an elderly neighbor. Hug somebody you care about. Leave kind notes for family members to find. Recycle! Be present for another person. Create something wonderful and share it. Have a kindness theme party! When entertaining, check with your guest beforehand to see they have any dietary restrictions and/or food allergies that you can help with. Go Organic! Thank somebody who does a job that effects your life in a positive way. Think of one thing you are grateful for. Conserve energy. Bring reusable bags with when shopping (ohm bags work really well!) Conserve water. Take a moment to recognize something in nature and why it is important to you. Hug an animal. Keep on Ohming on!
